Northern Golf Alliance adds JetPay and Corporate Tax Resources to Benefit Courses

(Lansing, MI) – The Northern Golf Alliance (NGA), a group of golf course associations located in the northern region of the United States, has added JetPay, a full service payment services provider, and Corporate Tax Resources, which manages tax appeals among a myriad of services, to the NGA portfolio of benefits for members.

“These relationships will be very impactful for NGA members,” said Kate Moore, the executive director of the Michigan Golf Course Owners Association, an NGA partner.

JetPay provides payment convenience to business owners nationwide with leading credit card processing solutions, payroll processing, human capital management and prepaid cards from a single vendor.

“We are pleased to partner with the NGA to provide payment solutions uniquely designed around the needs of businesses,” Michael Collester, president and CEO of JetPay Strategic Partners said. “Our focus is on creating the best customer experience – a quality that sets JetPay apart.”

Association members will receive 15 percent off Verifone and Ingenico Terminal Equipment and Peripherals and will have their terminal conversion and training fees waived.

“Whether taking payments in store or online, or if you have a single employee or thousands - JetPay has the solutions to get the job done for you,” Moore said.

Corporate Tax Resources specializes in property tax appeals and claims, real estate lease audits, tax incentives for capital expenditures and more. NGA members will enjoy significant savings which could result in thousands of dollars, a no-cost desktop review that normally would be a $500 non-refundable fee, and other important services.

“We are extremely excited to partner with the NGA and support these associations by offering them a program that provides significant outcomes to the golf business owner,” Fred Mawson, owner of Corporate Tax Resources, said.

The founding members of the Northern Golf Alliance include the Buckeye Golf Association (BGA) in Ohio, Golf Course Owners of Wisconsin (GCOW), Michigan Golf Course Owners Association (MGCOA), Midwest Golf Course Owners Association (MWGCOA) and Pennsylvania Golf Course Owners Association (PGO).

“It doesn’t matter what we do, it matters why we do it,” said Ken Guenther, the executive director of the Buckeye Golf Association of Ohio. “As member-driven associations, we formed this Alliance to develop these types of relationships that provide great tangible and financial benefits to our members.”
